These terms govern your purchase and use of digital products sold through trase.dev ("we", "us"). By purchasing, you agree to them. Payments are processed by Tebex, who act as the merchant of record.

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive license to use the resource on servers you own or operate. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the source files. Leaking or reselling a resource terminates your license immediately.

Purchases include future updates to the same resource at no extra cost. Support is provided on a best-effort basis through our Discord community.

You may not use our products for unlawful purposes or in any way that infringes the rights of Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, or third parties. trase.dev is not affiliated with or endorsed by Cfx.re or Rockstar Games.

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
