Refund Policy

Our products are digital and delivered instantly. Because they can be downloaded and copied immediately, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

If a resource is broken, materially different from its description, or can't be made to work on a supported framework, reach out within 7 days of purchase. We'll troubleshoot it, ship a fix, or, if we genuinely can't resolve it, issue a refund.

Refunds won't be granted for change of mind, lack of knowledge to install a resource, incompatibility with unsupported frameworks or heavily modified servers, or after a resource has been leaked or redistributed.

Open a support ticket in our Discord with your Tebex transaction id and a description of the issue. Refunds, when approved, are processed through Tebex.
